• The White Loft is a versatile creative space designed for photo shoots, video productions, castings, fittings, showrooms, exhibitions, workshops, brand launches, intimate gatherings, and cultural events.

  • Our standard booking minimum is 5 hours.

    Half-day rates (up to 5 hours) are $1,000 for photo shoots and $1,200 for video productions.

    Full-day rates (10 hours) are $1,800 for photo shoots and $2,000 for video productions.

    We also offer custom pricing depending on the scope and requirements of the project.

  • The studio is approximately 1,500 sq ft.

    For larger productions, the space can also be expanded to 2,000 sq ft for an additional fee, available only for bookings with a minimum duration of 10 hours.

  • Yes, we have a freight elevator available for loading equipment and materials. Standard elevator hours are weekdays from 9:00am–1:00pm and 2:00pm–5:00pm. Extended elevator access outside of these hours, including weekends, can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Yes, the cyclorama wall is included with all bookings. Please note that the cyc is not always freshly painted and may have minor scuffs or marks from previous shoots. If you require the cyc to be freshly painted before your booking, we offer a repaint service for a $250 fee. Excessive damage or heavy marks during your rental may also incur additional repainting charges.

  • We do not host large nightclub-style parties. We focus on creative, cultural, and brand-oriented gatherings.

  • Yes. We are happy to arrange studio scouts based on availability.
